License Code Only A-F?

Hey all, I just tried to contact Frits through the site but since on submitting it said he’d reply in 1-3 business days, I thought I’d try here.

I purchased ArrangerKing from AudioPluginDeals in the sale yesterday. But when I try to activate it using the code provided, the code does not work. The field where I enter the license key appears to support typing or pasting of only the letters A-F and the numbers 1-9, but my license code includes letters beyond F. If I try to type or paste these letters nothing happens.

I’m guessing this is not the intended behavior, but can someone verify that their license code does use letters beyond F so I know AudioPluginDeals sent me a valid license? Has anyone else had this issue or know how I can fix it?

I am using Logic Pro on an M1 Mac, if that matters.

Frits actually got back to me very quickly! Turns out the code I received from AudioPluginDeals was meant to be used on the ArrangerKing web site to “purchase” the plugin and get a key that actually worked to activate it.
