Woops! That’s on me: I am using an unreleased (“future” version) and with that pasted a sharecode. The system correctly detected that you have a version “too old” and wants you to update. But how can you update to the future?

Hi there. Just purchase arrangeking and it is not working on OSX High Sierra with ableton 11. Only the AU shows up and doen not even work! It even made my computer not able to restart. help!
Sorry for the trouble, it’s because of the old version of OSX, but as you know/being Beta tester, newer versions will tolerate even these old versions.
Hello. Thanks for your reply but I purchased an official version , not beta, written that it suites to high sierra and it doesn’t work and even bug my computer . What do we do? How do I get it work or a refund?

If you don’t want to be a beta tester anymore it’s ok!
If you wait perhaps a few days then we are releasing a version that will support down to 10.13 of OSX - in fact that’s the beta version you were testing, and the next iteration of that beta is expected today.
