Stock Aitken Waterman made many great extended mixes.
Often, they did the extended mix first and then edited it down to a radio edit/single version.
I make pop arrangements but the extended mix often slips my mind.
Hopefully I have done this right, first try at a template.

It’s a very difficult template to do IMHO, because these were more or less just made as you write on the fly by the guys in the studio: They made long random 12" edits first, then for the radio edit they boiled it down to actual arrangments, so the 12" is almost like sound montages / several tracks more than “an arrangment”.
IMHO I think you should have a second look at the use of “Air”… or quite frankly start with something simpler, like the freaking radio edit, dude
You know you hjave nailed it if you can set your playhead at any point like “Chorus”, and at ANY chorus, the bass line and most other things shoudl sound the same. I’m not sure you have nailed that - but again as I wrote, I think that’s because these old 12" tracks are just “things cut together so the DJ could go to the bathroom”
