User get 3 handles on top of every “block”, and can drag them up/down to manually change the slope and or height of each indivudual “part” (Meaning a Drop can look different than other Drops.

Separate block height from slope if possible. Three always-visible handles on every block could get crowded, especially in a dense arrangement; showing them on selection or hover may keep editing clear without adding clutter. It may also help to define whether the handles affect the whole block or individual sections within it.
